Modern Remedies LLC was born by a Registered Nurse who was driven to provide a more natural way of caring for oneself. With the help of her husband, who has a deep love for farming, their young children and some amazing friends, an acre of hemp was planted and the dream became reality.

We are a family of 6 who work together on a 20-acre farm. Not only do we have our Hemp, we also have multiple animals on our farm. To say we are a busy family is an understatement. Fun fact, I was about 5 months pregnant with our youngest while we were all out planting by hand in our field. Our baby was born just 2 weeks before harvest. Without the help of our families and friends, none of this would be possible..

The anchor logo came to be in honor of my late father who had a love of fishing and boating. As a self-proclaimed “Daddy’s Girl”, my dad always taught me to follow my dreams and that I could accomplish anything if I worked hard for it. He supported me through many hardships in life which made me the resilient woman I am today.

During this whole process, it was very important to us that we have consistency and full transparency on what is going into our products. We firmly believe in keeping products as close to nature and home as possible. With many of our products, we use ingredients derived here at our family farm. Our “seed to sale” process helps us to ensure that our products are made from the highest quality ingredients. Working side-by-side with our processors gives us the chance to be intimately involved and have confidence in serving high grade CBD products to our families and customers.
